Job Description
Lead and manage property operations to ensure smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property performance and profitability. Oversee budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting for properties. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services. Supervise and mentor property management staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Coordinate with internal departments to align property management goals with organizational objectives. Address tenant concerns and maintain a high level of customer service.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Property Management should have:
- Must have multifamily experience, a minimum of 600 units.
- A solid background in property management within the financial services industry.
- Proven leadership skills to manage teams and oversee property operations effectively.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
