CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Title: Director of Project Management Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education, and treatment using evidence-based models. Job Summary The Director of Project Management supports and oversees all organizational projects within the Project Management & Marketing Department. This role collaborates with senior leadership and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to develop cross-departmental work plans and initiatives, analyze change management needs, and lead the implementation of standardized processes and project management tools. Skills and Requirements Master’s Degree in public health, health administration, behavioral health, or related field. 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience. Preferred: 7+ years as an Executive/Senior Project Manager. 5-7 years of progressive experience in behavioral healthcare, including mental health and substance abuse settings. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
