SUMMARY:
  • A Director of Production is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production process of Cyber Technology Group establishing and ensuring the highest standards in efficiency, accuracy, productivity, organization and employee development. With primary responsibilities tied to the direction and support of the company’s Teams (PM's, Phase Mgrs, Techs), scheduling, installation and deployment of specified projects, they are also expected to communicate and lead across all aspects of the business.

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • It's a management role and hours will not be limited to 40hrs/wk

Your Contribution to Cyber:
  • Client Experience: Highest level of client care and service
  • General Process Improvement: PM, construction, installation, scheduling, and deployment
  • Production Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency, reduce costs, optimize resource allocation
  • Quality Control: processes and standards to ensure products/services meet or exceed expectations
  • Improve Efficiency: Identify and fix “misses” or suboptimal productivity
  • Vendors & Suppliers: Ensure timely delivery of products to keep production flowing
  • Employee Relationships: Proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication
  • Financial Best Practices: Develop and manage operational budgets and allocate resources
  • Measurement: Create KPI’s to measure production schedule, job performance, analyze trends, etc.
  • Collaboration: Across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service, etc)
  • Risk Management: Mitigate actions which might negatively or poorly reflect back on the company


Your Experience:
  • +5yrs in Construction-related production
  • +5yrs in a Leadership Position

Cyber's Contribution to You:
  • Base Pay: Starting at $110k/yr
  • Bi-annual bonuses (based on company performance)
