Our names, our faces, our voices, our personas and our memories are some of the most fundamental things we call uniquely our own. We carry them throughout our lives and share versions of them with those we spend our limited time with. Loti’s mission is to make sure that who you are remains within your control. That everyone has the right to be remembered or forgotten and that technology should aid, not hinder, us in this effort. AI is a powerful tool, but we can’t let the hammer become the architect. Loti will promote human creativity and individuality by protecting those who share their gifts.
At Loti AI, we’re building the infrastructure to protect digital identity at scale. Our platform helps public figures, creators, and brands safeguard their likeness and content across the internet. As AI-generated impersonation and deepfakes rise, we believe everyone should control how they show up online. The Role
Build and run the operational infrastructure that enables Loti to scale partnerships with major platforms, talent, and brands. This role owns three core pillars— talent & brand onboarding, talent & brand partnership management, and customer operations —and will be indirectly involved in security, legal/compliance, and data infra/analytics readiness. What You’ll Do
Design and run operational infrastructure for scale - Architect the processes, systems, and teams needed to onboard and support thousands of talent/brand partners across multiple verticals. Streamline cross-functional launches - Lead readiness reviews, criteria definition, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for new product or policy rollouts tied to major platform or partner integrations. Coordinate large-scale changes - Drive migration plans, comms, and post-launch follow-through for workflow updates, enforcement changes, or new support tooling. Own partner onboarding and lifecycle ops - Build and continuously improve processes for vetting, activating, supporting, and growing talent/brand accounts. Create feedback loops across functions - Establish systematic channels with Support, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. Build data visibility & automation - Develop dashboards, trackers, and lightweight tools (code/no-code/AI) to monitor pipeline health, SLAs, payouts, and partner satisfaction. Translate operational pain points into product requirements - Influence tooling and process design to support scalability, compliance, and partner experience. Document and standardize - Maintain playbooks and templates to ensure consistency and accountability across programs. Planning and forecasting - Design and implement models to forecast resources, run scenario planning, and guide prioritization. Qualifications
7–10+ years total experience, with experience in product operations, support ops, program mgmt, or related operational leadership roles in tech or high-growth environments. Track record of building 0→1 operational programs and a clear point-of-view on how that transitions to 1→100. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to align product, engineering, legal, security, and GTM teams. Comfortable with data and analytics (SQL, dashboards, retention/revenue metrics) to inform decisions and track outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication—capable of distilling complexity for audiences at all levels internal & external. Operator’s mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on scalable solutions under ambiguity. What We Offer
