First Resonance is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Product, Manufacturing & Supply Chain to lead and expand our product offerings for manufacturing companies. This is a strategic leadership role for an individual with extensive, executive-level experience from the factory floor, supply chain operations, or advanced manufacturing systems. You will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, directly influencing our market position and growth. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional leadership, and serve as a key voice in shaping the future of manufacturing software.

This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who has not only driven significant operational and technological transformations within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain but has also excelled in product leadership roles, demonstrating a profound ability to impact an entire business and industry.

Responsibilities & Duties

As the Director of Product, your primary responsibility is to define, articulate, and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that helps manufacturers build faster, safer, and more flexibly, establishing First Resonance as a market leader. You will own the strategic direction of multiple product areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
