Director of Product Management & Strategy
Location: Flexible (Remote or Hybrid – South Florida preferred)
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 + Total Compensation

What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Leadership
• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap, aligning with customer, compliance, and market needs.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch to iteration.
• Lead and expand our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure customer-driven innovation.
• Drive product differentiation in workforce compliance, timekeeping, and payroll accuracy.
• Define positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy that highlight our compliance-first edge.
• Partner with sales and marketing to deliver demos, campaigns, case studies, and GTM strategies.
• Work hands-on with engineering and services teams to prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
Go-to-Market & Partnerships
• Build, manage, and scale reseller, integration, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities with ERP, MES, and payroll integrations.
• Develop joint campaigns and enablement initiatives with partners to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to maximize partner-driven revenue.

Background & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business leadership roles.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, MES, HRIS, or workforce/timekeeping software strongly preferred.
- Direct collaboration with product development or R&D teams — not just IT or vendor-side implementation.
- Proven track record leading externally facing product initiatives (partnerships, market launches, GTM campaigns).
- Demonstrated skill in business fundamentals: pricing, profitability, ROI, and value-based positioning.
- Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense or government contracting (DCAA, CMMC, FedRAMP) is a major plus.
- Backgrounds rooted in marketing, business, or customer-facing strategy often perform best.
