The Product Engineering - Director will provide technical and business direction for product engineering, development, design, and systems integration of the SEW Platform and client engagements, from product roadmap to implementation. The Product Technical Lead / Manager will apply industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. The product lead manager will also participate in industry conferences related to business and technology trends to shape the future product roadmap. Responsibilities Create Vision, Roadmap, and goals for the Digital SEW CX (Customer Experience) AI Platform. Experience in product marketing, operations, analytics, strategy, product management, cost reduction, and industry knowledge. Focus on improving modeling predictability, analytics-driven strategy development, operational efficiency, and compliance across consumer assets such as Retail, Marketing, Insurance, Energy, & Utilities. Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills. Handle complex technical product engineering and development concepts, using latest software tools and technologies, with strong database design skills. Understand technologies like Mobility, AI/Machine Learning, Big Data, IoT, programming languages, and solve problems in product design, engineering, coding, testing, and deployment. Knowledge of software systems such as Mobility, Cloud, SaaS, client/server architectures, and compatibility requirements. Experience in troubleshooting product engineering and development, understanding software development processes, and implementing client requirements. Communicate effectively with engineering, marketing, quality, and implementation teams. Understand product features, use cases, workflows, and coordinate resources to direct projects timely. Manage change effectively and communicate updates to teams for smooth execution. Delegate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end-to-end. Recognize system deficiencies and implement solutions. Create and execute product engineering and development plans, revising as needed. Keep project managers informed about development status and serve as liaison between development staff and project management. Own the product development and release lifecycle, managing technical risks. Manage technical resources within budget and schedule, ensuring high-quality product releases. Qualifications Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. BS/MS in Computer Science or IT-related Engineering. 7-15 years of experience in a Software Product Engineering company.
