Director of Private Label & Marketing

Dealmed is seeking a Director of Private Label Marketing & Product Development to lead our growing private label program. This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the Dealmed Private Label line, including new product development, product design, packaging, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in medical supplies or related industries and a proven track record in launching and promoting products from concept to market.
Responsibilities:
Lead new product development from concept through approval, ensuring products meet business and clinical needs.
Oversee design, packaging, and branding to ensure consistency with Dealmed's standards.
Manage factory/vendor relationships, including production oversight, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control.
Inspect and evaluate products upon arrival to confirm they meet specifications and resolve any design or production issues.
Collaborate with senior management on product approvals and coordinate with designated factories from start to finish.
Partner with the marketing and sales team to promote new products, including sales collateral, campaigns, and digital strategy.
Provide tools and training to the sales team to support adoption and success in the market.
Support strategic accounts and assist with big deals where private label offerings are part of the solution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or related roles (medical device or distribution preferred).
Proven success in new product launches, private label programs, or brand development.
Strong understanding of design, packaging, and production processes.
Hands-on experience working with factories and vendors.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
