As the Director of Premium, you will oversee all premium operations, ensuring impeccable service standards and executing dynamic strategies to enhance VIP guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead a dedicated team, and deliver seamless premium dining and hospitality experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
5+ years in premium services or high-end hospitality leadership
Proficiency in financial planning and budget management
Experience managing high-performing teams
Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of premium service operations
Collaborate with culinary, sales, and service teams to ensure top-tier guest experiences
Manage premium event setup, execution, and breakdown
Develop strategies to exceed revenue and satisfaction goals
Lead recruitment, training, and development of premium staff
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards and safety regulations
