Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a high-performing Preconstruction & Estimating team Oversee cost modeling , bid strategy, value engineering , and constructability reviews Partner with executive, operations, and BD teams to align precon strategies with growth targets Maintain and build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Drive continuous process improvement and best-in-class tools for preconstruction operations Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of preconstruction/estimating leadership experience within commercial construction Proven track record of team development , process improvement, and successful project pursuits Strong understanding of the full precon lifecycle: from conceptual budgeting to final GMP Effective communicator with a hands-on, strategic mindset Background in healthcare work is a major plus Why This Opportunity?
