We are seeking an ambitious Director of Physical Therap y to lead one of our fastest-growing outpatient practices in New Hampshire.

Workers’ compensation cases Young athletes, weekend warriors, and active older adults General outpatient sports medicine
Role Overview:
The Director of Physical Therapy will serve as both a clinical leader and business manager, responsible for providing outstanding patient care while also overseeing operations, staffing, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and mentorship for the clinical team Lead and manage a team of 4 FTEs (PTAs, PTs, Office Manager, and float staff) Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily clinic operations Manage budgets and financial performance Drive marketing and community engagement to expand patient volume Develop strategies to grow and scale the practice Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-first care
