GC Realty & Development is seeking a Director of People Operations -a bold leader who combines radical candor with strategic foresight to design and lead a performance-driven culture where the bar is high, ownership is expected, and results matter most.

You will:
Recruit, retain, and develop only top-tier talent -no room for average players
Empower managers to become high-trust, high-accountability leaders
Embed performance, ownership, and radical candor into the company's DNA
Eliminate micromanagement-create self-directed teams that GSD
Use workforce analytics, PI, and predictive data to make high-impact decisions
Align talent strategy directly to company growth, culture, and customer success

What You'll Own A-Player Acquisition - Create and maintain a recruiting machine that consistently hires high performers
Leadership Development - Coach managers to lead with clarity, courage, and results
Performance Management - Design systems that reinforce ownership, transparency, and excellence
Workforce Planning - Build scalable org structures that match business trajectory
Tech & Analytics Stack - Leverage HR tech, dashboards, and PI to guide talent decisions
Remote/Hybrid Optimization - Align talent strategy to support a dynamic, distributed workforce
What You'll Gain Compensation : $100,000-$120,000 base + performance bonus up to 10% (effective 2025)

What You Bring 5+ years in HR, Talent Strategy, or People Ops leadership roles
A proven track record of building and scaling high-performance teams
Experience using Predictive Index , performance management systems, and workforce analytics
Strong command of feedback models, leadership development, and org design
Strategic ability to balance remote and local workforce optimization
