Our growth stage medical device startup is looking for a Director of Payor Relations to support the commercial launch of our ActaStim-S device.

Representatives with an unparalleled work ethic and an understanding that the best outcomes are those that put patient care first Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple staff in day to day contracting and upkeep of in-network DME supplier participation agreements with managed care organizations Initiate new managed care organization contracting efforts with local, regional, and national payors and serve as project lead for new efforts Key staff involved in managed care sales strategy Coordinate and updated management team on sales pipeline/funnel Coordinate marketing materials, KOL management, and conference for Manage and communicate Theragen’s concerns and interests to managed care organizations regarding pricing, claim status, and medical policy. Collaborate with sales management and revenue cycle team to prioritize initiatives for contracting efforts Responsible for managed CRM system of managed care/ provider relations staff Keep Theragen’s state and CMS level credentialing up to date Key Competencies : History in contracting efforts with managed care organizations Highly refined written communication skills to be utilized in drafting proposals and email sales In-depth knowledge of the American healthcare insurance ecosystem, including commercial healthcare, governmental, and workers compensation insurance plans Understanding of CRM systems and relational databases Existing relationships with managed care organizations highly desirable General physiology and anatomy knowledge Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree 3+ years working with provider organizations on contracting efforts Valid drivers license and ability to travel 50% of time
