The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing Managing the entire enrollment pipeline for your campus, from initial inquiries to waitlist management. Conducting engaging info sessions and one-on-one discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated advocates. Frequent travel to campus and local events to enhance visibility and establish trust. Nurturing partnerships with community entities and influencers to elevate regional visibility. Providing insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities. What You Won’t Be Doing Using scripted sales methods or impersonal outreach. Compromising on standards or the mission to win over skeptical parents. Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or remaining in the background. Working solely from behind a desk—this role is deeply integrated into the community. Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities Develop a waitlist of over 150 students through a trust-centric enrollment strategy and unwavering parent engagement. Basic Requirements Must live within commuting distance of one of the following campuses: Arizona - Scottsdale; California - San Francisco or Santa Barbara; Florida - Palm Beach; New York - New York City; Texas - Austin. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. At least 5 years of experience in education, outreach, or enrollment with families. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated capacity to earn trust and facilitate complex decision-making. Strong belief in Alpha’s fast-paced, high-expectation learning approach.
