Optimize resource allocation and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety and quality

Requirements Skills and Experience Required:
University degree (Mechanical, Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology)
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with minimum 3 years in beverage industry
Minimum 3 years of proven managerial experience
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
Advanced knowledge in packaging, technical processes and industrial equipment maintenance
Expertise in safety, risk, and change management
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Target and quality-driven with the ability to manage large teams and operations
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with an emphasis on interpersonal and customer service excellence.
Ability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
