JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Outlets oversees the property's food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, coffee shops and in-room dining. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance while maintaining brand standards, service excellence and team development. Identifies marketing opportunities to promote food and beverage products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with menu planning and menu development.
Actively coaches F&B leadership and supervisory teams in job and growth.
Conducts regular floor presence, service audits, and guest feedback reviews to enhance service training programs and SOPs for front of house operations.
Develops positive relationships through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors, and vendors.
Manages outlet-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and waste management
Analyzes performance KPI's and creates action plans to drive profitability.
Manages and conducts Human Resource activities
Ensure that staffing levels are maintained to cover business demands
Empowers employees to provide excellent guest service.
Should advocate sound financial/business decision making, demonstrate honesty, integrity and leads by example
Collaborates to ensure outlets comply with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Manages hospitality POS systems, software and menu programming
Performs other work-related duties assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in the food and beverage operations, preferably in luxury or high-volume setting
Proven ability to manager multiple outlets and lead large teams
Strong knowledge of service standards, POS system and hospitality best practices
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Working Environment: The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
