ASG Information Technologies is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our service delivery engine, scale our processes, and develop our leadership team.

What Youll Own
Operational Excellence
Standardize and optimize processes across onboarding, support, and security operations
Build dashboards to track SLAs, client satisfaction, technician utilization, and profitability
Ensure scalability through documentation, SOPs, and automation in ticketing, monitoring, and billing
Financial Discipline
Oversee gross margins and utilization targets across service lines
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy
Maintain cost control across headcount, tools, and vendor spend
Team & Culture
Recruit, retain, and grow top engineering and service talent.
Build a leadership bench and succession pipeline

Client Experience
Align service delivery with client business outcomes
Maintain our 80/20 proactive/reactive service ratio
Collaborate with account management to drive retention and upsell
CEO & President Partnership
Translate strategic vision into operational execution
Serve as a sounding board and data-driven advisor
Free the CEO to focus on growth levers like M&A, high-value client relationships, partnerships, and thought leadership
What Success Looks Like
You run day-to-day operations with precision and clarity
You scale systems and teams for the next growth stage
You protect and grow margins while elevating client outcomes
You become indispensable to the CEOand eventually, the companys next COO
What You Bring
5+ years in IT operations, service delivery, or MSP leadership
Proven ability to lead teams, drive metrics, and scale systems
Strong financial acumen and comfort with KPIs, forecasting, and margin management
Exceptional communicator who can bridge technical and business priorities
Hunger to grow fellow staff, the company, and yourself as an individual.
