Learn more at https://fastracsolar.com/ The Position: The Director of Operations is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing project logistics, and supporting company-wide execution. This role oversees cross-functional operations, ensures alignment across departments and projects, and collaborates closely with executive leadership to drive operations strategy and support team development. By fostering a collaborative environment and gradually taking on leadership responsibilities as the company grows, the Director of Operations will help drive the successful execution of projects and support the organization's continued growth. Position Responsibilities: Drive operational effectiveness across all functions, maintaining momentum across the business pipeline. Oversee key performance metrics and operational benchmarks to track company performance. Develop and manage customer installation plans to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction. Lead and execute day-to-day operational initiatives to support strategic growth. Coordinate resources, timelines, and communications to keep initiatives on schedule. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of new initiatives that align with organizational goals and growth strategies. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to set and drive organizational vision, operations strategy, and support team development. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in operations and service excellence. Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans, processes, and measurable outcomes. Foster clear, consistent, and timely communication and collaboration across departments. Serve as the liaison between executive management and departments. Develop and support the growth of a high-performing team. Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics of multiple projects, ensuring all moving parts align to deliver high-quality execution and service. Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve issues that could impact timelines, budget, or quality. Coordinate across all departments and ensure cross-functional alignment to ensure project components are cohesive. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related field required. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on operations, leadership, and management. Experience working with start-ups or junior companies is highly preferred. Prior experience in solar or home services preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex logistics. Proficiency in Salesforce required.
