This senior leadership position involves overseeing daily administrative operations, driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and aligning resources to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. Managing daily operations across departments to improve performance. Streamlining workflows and reducing costs. Leading and supporting department managers to meet targets. Overseeing budgets, resources, and expenses. Monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with standards. Collaborating with executive leadership to support organizational growth and culture. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering; Master’s preferred. 10+ years in operations management within civil engineering, AEC, or related fields.
