Summary: The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability of a home exteriors company. This role requires roofing and/or construction management experience, strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

The Director of Operations will work closely with the General Manager, Sales Specialists, and field teams to manage exterior home services project teams, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage all assigned projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely execution. Implement operational policies, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage job performance metrics, material usage, labor efficiency, and overall project profitability. Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements. Manage and direct project supervisors and subcontractor crews to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety. Collaborate with sales and subcontractors to ensure smooth handoff and execution of contracts. Execute project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines. Resolve operational bottlenecks and proactively address project risks and delays. Manage budgets, track job costs, and ensure projects remain within financial targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to secure reliable material delivery. Handle escalations, dispute resolutions, and problem-solving for project operational issues. Enforce OSHA and company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Conduct routine site inspections and audits to uphold safety and quality control. Implement training programs to improve safety awareness and regulatory compliance.
Requirments: Roofing, Home Exterior Services, or Construction Experience: 3 years Valid Driver's License Report to an office or job site daily Project Management Experience
Prefered: Military veteran Sales experience
Compensation Range Based on Experiance : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
