About the Opportunity – Director of Operations We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple locations, drive efficiency in both medical and aesthetic service lines, and ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience. This is a key leadership position for a hands-on, proactive, and collaborative operator with experience scaling a high-performing medical, aesthetic, or MedSpa business. The ideal candidate is skilled in front office and billing operations, understands the unique dynamics of cash-pay models alongside insurance-based services, and is energized by working in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across locations, ensuring consistency in workflows, adherence to SOPs, and an exceptional patient journey from scheduling to post-treatment follow-up. Maintain efficient scheduling processes across online, in-person, and call center channels. Ensure accurate insurance verification, chart documentation, and billing procedures for both medical and cosmetic services. Promote a culture of accountability, proactive problem-solving, and team ownership. Operational Optimization Standardize workflows to maximize space utilization and support efficient patient flow. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve both patient and provider experiences. Partner with leadership to implement KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement. Staff Development & Culture Support hiring, onboarding, and training across clinical and non-clinical roles. Foster a collaborative, respectful, and performance-driven culture. Strategic & Technology Enhancements Integrate and optimize technology platforms to improve efficiency, reporting, and patient engagement. Collaborate on budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management. Lead initiatives that drive cost savings while enhancing quality and scalability.
