Key responsibilities and skills include: Oversee retail operations, production scheduling, shipping, and ecommerce Manage and train staff, ensuring stores are clean, organized, and on-brand Forecast inventory needs and coordinate purchasing for both locations Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement process improvements Use Shopify, Inventora, QuickBooks, and Google Drive for daily operations Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and support a positive team culture
