We are looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to align operations with both long-term strategic goals and short-term business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team across global manufacturing sites, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Align operations with long-term strategic goals and short-term business objectives.
  • Set and achieve ambitious KPIs across manufacturing sites and operations teams.
  • Build a high-performance culture rooted in Lean Sigma and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Market Development, Finance, and HR to drive innovation and execution.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders in operations, supply chain, and project management.
  • Lead business continuity planning and execution across global facilities.

Essential Skills:

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in operations management.
  • Proven experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Multisite and global leadership experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in New Product Commercialization, Capital Planning, Project Engineering, and Operational Management.
  • Leadership experience overseeing approximately 100 direct reports.
  • Experience in global operations, including international travel.

Work Environment:

The role involves overseeing around 100 direct reports across various sites, focusing on chemical manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering.

Pay and Benefits:
