We are seeking a seasoned, in-person Director of Operations to partner with our Attorney CEO and Partners to drive operational excellence, empower our teams, and scale the firm. The Director of Operations will work closely with firm leadership on strategy, planning, leadership, culture, revenue, margins, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making. This position manages the firm’s operations and business functions, with broad discretion and authority, serving as a key trusted leader within the firm. This is an in-office role based in Northeast Atlanta, with core hours Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Compensation: Starting at $100,000+, depending on experience.
