Essential Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for oversight of all Facility & Transportation responsibilities Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees Create a positive work environment that is consistent with the Company's values and objectives Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, and customer satisfaction Prioritize and adjust strategic plans and initiatives in response to organizational, regulatory, or market driven imperatives Translate business vision and strategy into operational tactics in order to build the organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve them Makes recommendations to the Regional Operations Director on programs to improve warehouse operations Track and adjust to local market conditions that impact business results Report sales, operations, financial results, and additional information and documentation to management team and supervisors Drives KPIs for assigned business unit Suggests efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with the implementation of changes within inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Identifies problems and proposes solutions to other members of management and promotes cooperation with other departments Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets Assists in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness Lead and develop operations team to deliver unparalleled customer service Maintain elevated levels of accuracy in daily operations Operate in compliance with federal, state and local statutes Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relative field preferred.
