Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Director of Operations in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Director of Operations should be a dynamic leader capable of setting sales targets, fostering a supportive environment, maintaining high customer service standards, and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards strategic success.

Presently, we manage over a dozen establishments in airports in Colorado and California.
Responsibilities Seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Restaurant District Manager within our organization. Setting sales targets and maximizing sales. Providing a stimulating and supportive environment for the team. Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards. Overseeing staff training and development. The position entails acting as a role model and taking operational responsibility for specific product lines. Desired qualities include fantastic leadership skills to inspire and motivate individuals effectively. Essential abilities involve leading, developing teams, and strategic thinking. Compensation and Benefits Salary : up to $150,000 Bonus Potential Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Vacation 401k Requirements Minimum of 5+ years current experience as a Restaurant Director of Operations with oversight of District Managers Because this is an airport position, the ability to pass a TSA/FBI Background check is required in order to be considered for this position Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed Restaurant Director of Operations must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
