A growing, privately owned dental group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee strategy, growth, and performance across multiple practices in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business growth goals
  • Lead practice managers and regional leads, ensuring alignment with KPIs and company standards
  • Standardize SOPs across locations to improve consistency, efficiency, and patient care
  • Hold P&L responsibility for all offices, managing budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle performance
  • Partner with ownership on strategic planning, facility expansion, and long-term growth projects
  • Oversee talent strategy including recruiting, training, and leadership development
  • Foster a values-driven, patient-centric culture across all locations
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through regular audits and QA systems


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in multi-site dental management with a proven track record of scaling operations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring managers and clinical teams
  • Expertise in dental insurance, claims, billing, and revenue cycle management
  • Business-minded professional with the ability to analyze KPIs and drive financial performance
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
