JOB FUNCTION Direct and coordinate activities on business and departments related to revenue, production, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to develop and execute strategic plans for manufacturing operations that align with overall company objectives, including NPI launch & transfer, delivery metrics, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, and etc.
Continuous organization development (people, system, facility, etc.) to meet customer demand or business growth.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost to senior leadership and to customer.
Work with business team to strategize & implement high level initiatives & focuses Lead new advance manufacturing technologies and processes to enhance capabilities and increase efficiency, inclusive of automation initiatives.
Responsible of factory P/L.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
Work with HR to define hiring needs, create training programs, and conduct performance evaluations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and plant personnel.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Implement and enforce quality control processes in accordance with industry standards to ensure products meet specifications Champion continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental, health, and safety (EHS).
Implement and monitor safety programs and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
Lead audits to ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS Education:
BS degree on Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or the equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of contract manufacturing experience.
Extensive experience on SMT/ PCMA/SI products is desirable.
SKILLS Good personnel management and communication skills.
Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
