Think of yourself as one of the leaders of the department, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company thus we make sure all our employees are top notch. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to focus on client satisfaction. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to these programs. As Director of Operations, you will: Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
Manage and staff the operations assigned.
Be responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution and the like.
Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.
Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
Assist the Senior Director of Operations /Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.
Do you have what it takes to become a Director of Operations? Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
Strong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications.
Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills. We need someone who possesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
Proven ability to scale operations, and strong experience at employee retention.
Flexibility to travel
Location Phoenix or Detroit is required
