The Director of Operations Commercial and National Accounts provides strategic leadership to a team consisting of operations managers, commercial technicians, project managers, and warehouse professionals, delivering excellence in quality, productivity, customer experience, and team performance across commercial and national account operations. This role will also oversee the execution and delivery of large-scale projects and support initiatives related to national account clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensure financial, operational, and service-level targets are met across the commercial and national account business
- Lead and support project managers responsible for executing commercial installations and national account installations and rollouts
- Provide oversight and alignment for national account operations, ensuring consistent delivery and customer satisfaction
- Optimize field commercial operations to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
- Lead and enforce compliance with safety protocols and applicable regulations
- Drive a culture of engagement, development, and high performance across geographically dispersed teams
- Coordinate with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all commercial operations align with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across sales, customer success, and support teams to drive Guardian's mission and vision within the commercial segment
What you'll need:
- 10+ years in a leadership role with increasing responsibility
- 5+ years of experience in commercial security, low voltage systems, or related industry preferred
- Strong operational and strategic planning skills across multi-site or regional environments
- Demonstrated success managing project managers and national account service delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and analyzing P&L statements
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, distributed field operations teams
