About The Role We are seeking a Director of Operations and Client Success to help us support our next >1M patients on our platform in 9 months. We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to wear many hats, foster strong relationships with our customers, and build and scale processes and strategy from zero to one. You’ll have lots of autonomy and will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguous situations with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for building and operating the business behind our AI. This involves helping healthcare organizations understand and onboard to our products, identifying what to build next, and establishing foundational processes that will enable us to scale. Over time, you will develop into a player-coach, mentoring others while contributing to operations. What you’ll do Lead customer onboarding and implementations Manage and resolve customer feedback and issues in line with company values Identify product improvements and new offerings to support our customers Develop processes and strategy independently from scratch Collaborate with our Operations Analyst Team for QA/QC, reporting, and analysis Expand customer relationships and contracts by communicating value and identifying opportunities Partner with engineering to design and implement reporting tools and dashboards What we’re looking for 2-4 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, BizOps, or Customer Success roles Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust Experience translating business needs into technical requirements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ruthless prioritization and organization Analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Passion for healthcare support and collaboration Willingness to travel 4x per year Bonus points Experience leading impactful operational projects Background supporting Support or Post-Sales teams Experience with product implementations and customer service tools Benefits Competitive salary and stock options Health, dental, vision insurance Retirement plan Remote work reimbursement Meals and wellness stipends Professional development budget Unlimited PTO Compensation $100K - $140K depending on experience How We Work & What We Value Our operating principles include: Back to basics, Accessibility for all, Always accountable, Relentless resilience, Ship fast, ship often.
