FirstFour is assisting our client in their search for a Director of Operations to develop and execute operational strategies for the company's retail operations.

Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership and development - Design and implement a structured retailer success program framework for convenience store operations; Develop operational policies and procedures; Create and execute an operational roadmap for retail store expansions Operations performance management - Oversee daily store operations, shift management, and customer experience initiatives; Lead the recruitment, training, and development of store managers and operational team; Implement inventory control and reconciliation processes; Develop and manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow strategies for retail operations. Marketing & Merchandising Strategy - store floor planning, space allocation, and category management strategies; Implement pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and promotional marketing programs Technology and process optimization - Oversee the selection and implementation of retail management systems; Develop KPIs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management required, MBA preferred 10+ years of leadership experience in retail convenience store operations
