About the Role
We’re looking for a Director-level role to serve as the operational connector between the CEO, COO, and department leaders across four growing operating companies. This person thrives in organization, communication, and follow-through — helping translate leadership vision into action using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
You’ll oversee day-to-day coordination across teams, ensure alignment to company priorities, manage execution of quarterly rocks, and help strengthen our people operations (hiring, onboarding, and HR systems).
This is an in-person role based in Eugene, Oregon, ideal for someone who’s highly organized, systems-minded, and eager to help a fast-moving team stay focused and accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Facilitation
- Coordinate with department leads to ensure alignment and progress on quarterly rocks and company scorecards.
- Assist the COO in running EOS meetings, documenting takeaways, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain visibility on key initiatives across the four operating companies and proactively remove blockers.
- Support creation and improvement of SOPs, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage internal communication between leadership and operational teams.
People & HR Support
- Assist with recruiting — from posting roles to coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires.
- Work with leadership to maintain company org charts, scorecards, and accountability structures.
- Coordinate with external HR/payroll providers (e.g., Gusto, Rippling) to ensure compliance and consistency.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Prepare operational updates, meeting summaries, and KPI reports for the COO/CEO.
- Manage special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and operational timelines.
- Track budget items, invoices, and vendor relationships when needed.
- Support COO with project scheduling, documentation, and process optimization.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, project coordination, HR, or recruiting roles.
- Prior experience in an EOS-based organization preferred.
- Excellent communicator who’s detail-oriented and proactive in follow-up.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities across multiple business units.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong familiarity with tools like Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Eugene, Oregon for daily collaboration.
Personality & Fit
You’re:
- A natural executor & facilitator who loves connecting dots between people and projects.
- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing moving parts across multiple entities.
- A “get-things-done” operator — dependable, resourceful, and steady.
- Someone who thrives supporting others and making systems run smoothly.
Compensation
- Salary range: $75,000–$120,000 OTE depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus potential
- Includes benefits package
- Growth path toward Integrator role as company expands.
