Position Overview:
The Director of Operations - Blukers' will oversee all aspects ofBlukers operations, including marketing, sales, and business development.
Blukers is a digital job-matching platform and mobile application that connects blue-collar workers with employers across the United States and internationally. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong operational experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Blukers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth and expand client base.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational processes and team performance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for operational, marketing, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in operations leadership, marketing, and sales management.
• Fluent in Spanish (required) and English.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and operational tools.
