We specialize in data-driven acquisitions, complex deal structures (probate, distressed, etc.), and building scalable systems across multiple markets. Our goal is to build a $100M+ real estate platform over the next 5 years.
Role Description We are hiring a Director of Operations & Business Analytics to take ownership of our data, systems, and operational performance. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data analytics, and revenue optimization, working directly with the CEO and COO. MUST BE BASED IN FLORIDA
Key Responsibilities Own all company data: sourcing, structure, accuracy, and usability Build and manage KPI dashboards across all departments Implement attribution tracking to identify top-performing channels Optimize CRM systems, workflows, and automation Eliminate bottlenecks in deal flow and reduce inefficiencies Increase conversion rates across all stages of the sales funnel Improve revenue per lead and overall unit economics Lead all AI strategy and implementation across the organization — this is a core function of this role, not a secondary responsibility Train and upskill internal teams on AI tools and how to leverage them daily Create & Standardize SOPs and build scalable systems Work with Sales Director to improve lead quality and flow Manage and optimize the research, data, marketing departments Direct infrastructure for expansion into new markets Improve employee productivity Develop employee development program Implement employee handbook Provide consistent & positive leadership to direct reports

Deep, hands-on knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them inside a business (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms, AI-integrated CRMs, etc.) Able to translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes and communicate them clearly to leadership and staff
First Year Compensation Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 Company Performance Bonuses Strategic Impact Bonuses based on measurable improvements Total Compensation Potential: $96,000 – $132,000 Compensation Based on Experience
