Eminence Home Care is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced home care environment and is ready to take on a leadership role with autonomy, purpose, and impact.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | Field-Based (75–80%) Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Location: 1325 Mt Hermon Road, Suite 12B Salisbury MD 21804

You Will: Provide direct oversight and support to a team of Registered Nurses (2 direct reports) Conduct field-based, in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans Ensure compliance with clinical policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards Coach, mentor, and train nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and operational efficiency Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and patient-centered care Review documentation and ensure timely submission of accurate clinical records Act as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and external partners to ensure continuity of care Support hiring, onboarding, and clinical training for new nursing staff

You will have: Active RN license in the state of Maryland At least 1 year of nursing experience (home care or community nursing preferred) Proven leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills Comfortable working independently and navigating the Eastern Shore territory Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
