Innovator: Help shape our Skilled Nursing   program and bring quality home care to more families. Supported Leader: While you’ll lead locally, you’ll never lead alone — you’ll be supported by a strong, collaborative internal network. Impact Maker: Every decision, every plan, every visit helps transform lives for the better. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of home care nurses. Ensure exceptional, compliant, and compassionate care for clients. Guide clinical operations — from care plans to staff training to regulatory readiness. Represent BrightStar Care in the greater Spartanburg community, building partnerships and strengthening referrals. Balance leadership with hands-on care when needed (infusions, medication management, wound care, starting IV’s, assessments and fill-ins).
