We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Your Role as Director of Nursing (RN):
Lead and manage the nursing department to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
Supervise and mentor the nursing leadership team, including ADONs, Nurse Managers, and other key staff
Oversee clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and resident care planning
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care
Conduct regular audits and participate in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Provide ongoing staff development, training, and evaluations
Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe and clean environment
Who We’re Looking For:
Current RN license in the state of CO or a compact state
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
Previous leadership experience as a DON, ADON, or comparable role strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Committed to maintaining the dignity and well-being of all residents
