About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Director of Nursing for a Critical Access Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the nursing staff. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong clinical background and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team. The Interim Director of Nursing will also be involved in strategic planning, budget management, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Applicants for the Interim Director of Nursing position must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as a minimum educational requirement, with a Master’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field strongly preferred. A current Minnesota Nursing license is mandatory, and experience in a Critical Access Hospital is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hospital nursing leadership or relevant administrative experience. The role demands a dedicated professional with a proven track record in nursing management, a deep understanding of clinical practices, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
