Required:

A graduate of an accredited program for registered nurses BS in Nursing preferred Current unencumbered Pennsylvania State license to practice as a Registered Nurse required Current CPR/AED certification A passions for serving older adults Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities: Ensures that the Department complies with all regulatory requirements; takes appropriate actions to respond to and correct any deficiencies resulting from regulatory surveys and inspections. Meets and communicates with resident family members, resident representatives, and resident's clergy as needed or required. In consultation with the Medical Director, monitors the performance of all non-agency medical providers, providing on-site services to insure these individuals are providing the proper level of care in compliance with all appropriate Agency and regulatory requirements. Manages the Nursing Department, participates in the development and maintenance of a nursing services program
