Long-Term Care: Providing 24/7 skilled nursing care and support for individuals with chronic conditions or those who need assistance with daily living activities. Rehabilitation Services: Offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy to aid in recovery and enhance functional independence. Memory Care: Specialized programs and support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
Palliative Care: Focusing on comfort and quality of life for those with serious illnesses through symptom management and emotional support.

Job Details
Requirements: Current RN license Must have supervisory experience in a long term care setting Strong leadership skills Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred
Job Details: Lead a team of nursing staff and foster a team atmosphere Ability to be a liaison with residents, families and support departments Provide information on practices and procedures Know the laws, regulations and guidelines of a Long Term Care facility Ability to implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the department. Follow and understand all company policies Display integrity and professionalism
