Brightstar Chicago is looking for a talented Nurse lead our fast growing clinical team. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the following tasks:

Completes clinical assessments for new and existing clients Performs supervisory visits Prioritizes and completes work on time; is detail-oriented Exhibits a service orientation to both staff and clients; be a professional team player with a positive attitude Handles confidential information appropriately; comply with HIPAA Conducts 24/7/30 client and employee touchpoints Reviews plans of care and monitors care notes/task lists/ nurse notes Provides care as defined within the scope of the state’s nursepractice act Covers open shifts on skilled and non-skilled cases in case of an emergency or scheduling issues when needed Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws
