We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. • Provide overall leadership and management of nursing operations and clinical services.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote engagement and excellence.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain survey readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery and outcomes.
• Monitor clinical systems, infection control, and quality assurance programs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to foster trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas (required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, clinical documentation, and quality measures
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and build a cohesive nursing team.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
