Responsibilities: Supervise all nursing staff Oversee department budgets Maintain high standards of care for all patients Manage patients’ data and medical records as confidential records Communicate with doctors, patients and family members about patient health Train and onboarding new nursing staff Provide ongoing education Implement new procedures and training Nurses on policies Requirements: Active RN license Minimum of three years of management Skilled Nursing Facility Experience required EOE
