Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, organization, direction, supervision, and evaluation of nursing services in our facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while implementing core nursing programs. Maintain accurate records and reports concerning resident care. Facilitate the orientation and ongoing training of nursing staff. Manage the nursing department's operations while adhering to budget constraints. Follow all established center policies and procedures. Qualifications Active RN license in the state without any disciplinary actions.
