Position Overview:  The Terrace at Crystal has immediate opening for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of exceptional nursing care to our residents and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership to the nursing staff to deliver outstanding care to residents.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and medical professionals.

Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
