As we expand into skilled home health services, we are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and quality of care.Role SummaryThe Director of Nursing will serve as the clinical leader of our skilled nursing program. In the early stages, the position will be light in workflow but will require strategic oversight, policy development, and compliance readiness for Joint Commission survey.
