Position Overview: The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents. They supervise and guide clinical care team members. Key Responsibilities: Assume responsibility of the community in the absence of the Executive Director. Implement policies and procedures, ensure compliance, and work with health authorities to maintain standards. Assist in preparing and administering the department budget. Manage nursing care team members and coordinate activities across nursing units. Maintain harmonious relationships among staff, residents, and community members.
