A beautiful long-term care facility just west of Baker City, OR is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team!

· Pay: $93,000 - $144,000 annually

· $20,000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!

Director of Nursing (DON) Opportunity:

· Full-time, permanent, direct-hire

· Schedule: Mon – Fri, day shift

Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

· Lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality resident care

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

· Oversee clinical processes and staff scheduling

· Participate in care planning and quality improvement efforts

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:

· Current valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license

· Bachelors degree in Nursing at minimum

· BLS Certification or the ability to obtain

· At least 2 years leadership experience

· Long-term care experience preferred
