Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing and clinical staff within the facility or program. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development and high-quality care. Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and workflow to maintain optimal operations. Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement programs, addressing areas of concern proactively. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Serve as a role model for patient-centered, compassionate care. Qualifications: Active RN license in [State]. 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or home health environment.
